The Blueberry Cooler


A sweet treat for a hot summer day — this drink has a unique flavor ... the fruity taste of blueberry with a delightful cinnamon & chocolate finish.


  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 espressos (One World Brazilian Dark Roast)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dark chocolate bar


Blend berries in a food processor, then combine them with the honey and espresso in a cocktail shaker. Shake seven times. Whip heavy cream. Fill cocktail glasses half-way full with chilled whipped cream. Pour espresso mixture over the cream; stir well. Garnish with cinnamon & dark chocolate shavings.

Spiced Amaretto Coffee


Sipping a warm amaretto coffee by the fire ... such a simple brew of Holiday Spice coffee

that can warm you up inside and out.


  • cinnamon sugar
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 oz amaretto
  • double-strength Holiday Spice coffee
  • whipped cream
  • toasted almond slices
  • maraschino cherries


Moisten the rim of a glass mug and dip in cinnamon sugar. Add brandy and amaretto. Fill glass mug with freshly brewed coffee and top with whipped cream. Garnish with toasted almond slices and cherries if desired.


Spiced Caramel Apple Latte

Perfect for a chilly, Fall afternoon! The Spiced Caramel Apple Latte pairs well with a dessert or with a shot of cinnamon schnapps for an after-dinner drink.


  • 1/2 cup white, granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 6 ounces strongly brewed
    One World Peruvian decaf coffee
  • 6 ounces steamed and frothed milk
  • cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon stick garnish (optional)


To make a naturally caramel apple-flavored simple syrup, place sugars, water, spices, and apple in sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Stir frequently to avoid burning sugar. Once sugar has melted and the syrup is boiling, add vanilla. Allow to boil for another minute, stirring continuously. Remove from  heat and let cool.


Fit a cone-shaped coffee filter over the rim of a glass or jar - fasten with a rubber band. 

Very slowly, pour cooled syrup through filter. This will filter out apple pieces, cloves and any cinnamon clumps. Pour 1-2 ounces of apple syrup into a mug; set aside 1 tablesppon apple syrup.


Brew coffee, and steam milk. Add coffee to milk, followed by steamed milk, and spoon any left over foam on top. Drizzle with remaining apple syrup. Serve with a cinnamon stick or shot of cinnamon schnapps, if desired.


Cajun Spice Coffee


Sweet & spicy with a spoonful of rum... New Orleans-style! Drinks made with earthy spices require a deep, rich coffee that can stand up to them. Our Black Kat Espresso does just that.


  • 4 cups Black Kat espresso
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 6 tbsp dark rum
  • Brown sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Pinch of nutmeg and chili powder


Heat coffee with molasses in saucepan, stirring frequently. Be sure all the molasses is disolved. Dip cup rims into brown sugar to coat. Spoon rum into each cup and add coffee. Top with whipped cream and spices. (Red pepper can be used in place of chili powder)


Ginger Snap Macchiato


Style, taste and oh snap ... this tasty combination of ginger & caramel melds nicely into a trendy designer drink.


  • 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 1/4 tsp caramel
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • 1 oz One World Roasters espresso made with Harvest Blend
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup steamed milk


Layer molasses then caramel into a wide demitasse glass. Sprinkle a layer of ground ginger. Add espresso slowly to preserve the crema on top. Sprinkle a layer of cinnamon. Carefully pour steamed milk to create a stunning effect. 

Chillin Island Coffee


Ideal for Sunday brunch or special dinner with a tropical flair... a chilled coffee flavored with coconut millk.



  • coffee ice cubes
  • 1 cup chilled, doubled-brewed One World Dominican coffee
  • 1 oz coconut milk (Silk brand recommended)
  • coconut flakes
  • tropical fruit wedge



Fill tall glass with coffee ice cubes, add chilled Dominican coffee. Stir in coconut milk. Sprinkle coconut flakes. Garnish with tropical fruit wedge such as mango or pineapple.


Strawberries & Cream Frappucino


A collection of flavors - coffee, cream and stawberry - all swirled together into one fabulous frosty frappe! 


  • 2 oz One World's Kenyan AA coffee
  • 1 tsp grated vanilla bean or vanilla extract
  • 2 oz fresh cream
  • 4 ripe strawberries
  • 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
  • 6-8 ice cubes


Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall, chilled glass. Garnish with a whole strawberry and a colorful straw.


Espresso con Leche


Taking a mid-morning break? Try this rich coffee... sweetened with condensed milk, it tempers a boldly dark Colombian espresso.


  • 1 espresso shot of ...

       One World Roasters' Colombian dark roast.

  • 2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • A pinch of semi-sweet choocolate powder


Pour espresso in a pre-heated demitasse. Steam or froth the condensed milk and pour over espresso. Sprinkle with chocolate powder to top off this drink! Hint: unsweetened cocoa powder can be used as well.
