At One World Wellness Studio, we invite you to try SunDo, a yoga and meditation practice from Korea. SunDo classes include postures, dynamic stretching, breathwork & meditation in addition to light exercise for abs and upper body. Movements can be modified for most fitness level. Get a great full-body workout that strengthens your body and revitalizes your spirit with calming breathwork, focused meditation and deeper postures to help you stretch and relax.
Please wear loose comfy clothing and arrive 5-10 minutes before your class or worskhop. Our studio is located in the space behind One World coffee shop. The studio has a side door entrance across from the garden patio. Directions >
Intermediate 3-Class Series Saturdays, 7:15-8:30 AM (No class Memorial Day ... May 24, 2025) Recommended for students in good physical condition who want a more active stretching and toning class in addition to breathwork & meditation. $45.00
Beginner's Single Class Thursdays, 6:30-8:00 PM Try a modified SunDo practice tailored to your fitness level. The focus is on gentle stretching and meditation with deep, relaxed breathing. $20.00
At One World, we focus on more than just external movements. We focus on internal life energy (Qi) and how it's nourished by the breath. When attending a class series, you'll learn basic SunDo breathwork, the six principles for better breathing and more about our one-on-one breathwork coaching. Through SunDo practice, we educate students on how to deepen the breath while holding various postures to improve energy levels and overall well-being.

The series fosters a relaxed, supportive environment where students can create connections with like-minded individuals and the One World Welness' dedicated instructors.
