Movements can be modified for any fitness level. Yoga for Wellness Enjoy a meditative breathwork and sound healing session followed by a slow flow yoga donation class. At One World, we focus on more than just external movements. We focus on internal life energy (Qi) and how it's nourished by the breath. When attending an introductory class series, you'll learn basic SunDo breathwork, the six principles for better breathing and more about our one-on-one breathwork coaching. Through SunDo practice, we educate students on how to deepen the breath while holding various postures to help improve energy levels and overall well-being.
