Join us for a coffee roasting workshop designed for the novice home roaster or anyone interested in learning more about the art of roasting.
Participants will learn the parts of a Diedrich IR-5 drum roaster, understand air flow and heat conductivity, watch a coffee roasting demo and take home samples of roasted coffee! Spaces are limited. |

A unique opportunity for coffee lovers to experience the exceptional flavors of a limited-release Geisha coffee from Dominican Republic. The tasting is guided by baristas who will provide insights into this coffee's flavor while brewing with the Hario V60 pour over method.

WREATHMAKING & BRUNCH SOCIAL

Create a festive wreath or swag from evergreen branches. Glue gun and some decorations provided, but feel free to bring your own bows, ornaments, pinecones, etc.... Also please bring a dish to share for our potluck brunch with delicious eggnog and other libations!

LABYRINTH WALK & SOLSTICE FIRE

Gather round the EarthenStone firepit after a meditative walk in the labyrinth. The winter solstice is a time to contemplate the return of the light ... as daytime now becomes longer and warmth brings renewal of the earth. Hot chocolate or tea will be served around the fire!
