Blend berries in a food processor, then combine them with the honey and espresso in a cocktail shaker. Shake seven times. Whip heavy cream. Fill cocktail glasses half-way full with chilled whipped cream. Pour espresso mixture over the cream; stir well. For an extra special treat — garnish with cinnamon & dark chocolate shavings!
Spiced Caramel Apple Latte
Perfect for a chilly, Fall afternoon! The Spiced Caramel Apple Latte pairs well with a dessert or with a shot of cinnamon schnapps for an after-dinner drink.

To make a naturally caramel apple-flavored simple syrup, place sugars, water, spices, and apple in sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Stir frequently to avoid burning sugar. Once sugar has melted and the syrup is boiling, add vanilla. Allow to boil for another minute, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and let cool.
Fit a cone-shaped coffee filter over the rim of a glass or jar - fasten with a rubber band. Very slowly, pour cooled syrup through filter. This will filter out apple pieces, cloves and any cinnamon clumps. Pour 1-2 ounces of apple syrup into a mug; set aside 1 tablesppon apple syrup.
Brew coffee, and steam milk. Add coffee to milk, followed by steamed milk, and spoon any left over foam on top. Drizzle with remaining apple syrup. Serve with a cinnamon stick or shot of cinnamon schnapps, if desired.
